Eligibility Requirements

• Must be between 18 and 24 years.
• Residency: Candidates must reside within the San Francisco Bay Area to be eligible.
  • Applicants must be current residents of the Bay Area to qualify for this program.
  • Must provide mail that shows current address with the candidates full name, we accept bank statements.
• Required Identification: Applicants must provide both of the following documents:
  • Social Security Card: An original physical card must be presented (photocopies or digital copies are not accepted).
  • Valid California Government-Issued ID: This ID will also serve as verification for the Bay Area residency requirement.
• Health Related:
  Covid-19 requirement to have 2 shots fulfilled.
