ABOUT US
Who We Are
Founded in early 2017 by Leonardo Sosa and a team of technologists that care about STEAM opportunities for diverse young adults.
Our goal is to connect the most overlooked population in San Francisco, Bay Area and beyond, and expose them to careers in the tech industry. Join our free tech services to close the Digital Divide!
What We Do
We are the best practice in a technology training program that teaches untapped young adults ages 16-24, technology skills in hardware, coding, and critical skills.
With our free tech services we will close that tech gap by connecting tech companies; their employees and participants to corporate site visits, a mentorship model and internship/apprenticeship opportunities.
Our Core Values.
We value the uniqueness of people. cultures, and celebrate the diversity of our students, staff, partners, and community
Even marginalized communities should experience inclusion and a sense of belonging in the tech space and their cities
Everyone receives the same treatment regardless of race, sex, religion, or economic position, and we promote a sense of belonging and equality with everyone
Integrity is at the forefront of everything we do, we act with professionalism and put it on the forefront
Helping our local communities are at the heart of every decision we make
Our credibility is why we are trusted partners in the tech industry and our community
