PRE-APPRENTICESHIP
Our Commitment
We are committed to ensure that untapped young adults 16-24 enrolled in our program will receive the necessary support to pursue tech opportunities. Also will provide the necessary hardware, coding, and critical skills for young adults from underserved communities to prepare themselves to pursue careers & jobs that are available.
Additionally, we will connect participants to apprenticeships, internships, and job opportunities, facilitating their entry into tech careers. Subsequently, each participant will be paired with a tech mentor who will collaborate with them for 6 months, identifying career advancement opportunities and providing personalized advice on navigating a successful path in the tech industry.
